How much does a custom piece cost?

Complete price depends on the design work you'd like done. My art and labor cost ranges from $250-$350+ including shoes.

Does the paint come off? 

The paints I use are high quality, durable and permanent. They are specifically made for canvas and leather shoes. Under normal circumstances, your custom artwork will last as long as the product painted on. The shoes are then finished with high quality finishers to ensure maximum protection.

All shoe creations are 100% water proof, dirt repellent and fade resistant, but these protective measures are only applicable under normal walking/ casual wear conditions just like regular sneakers. Your customs should not be used for prolonged running, exercising or other sporting activities. If you chose to wear your items during said activities, you are doing so at your own risk and JairCustoms is not liable.

Can you ship to __?

 I currently only ship my work anywhere within the U.S. with USPS tracked shipping.

Can I send you my shoes or order the shoes myself?

You can absolutely send me your shoes, as long as they are in GREAT condition or NEW. You can also order the shoes you'd like yourself, and have them sent to me! Otherwise, I can order the shoes and include it in overall total cost. 

when will i receive my custom order?

Processing time varies depending on when you place your order and the artwork being made, typically my turnaround is 4-6 weeks, but during busy times such as the holiday season wait times can range from 6-10 weeks. You can send me a message for current turnaround times as well.
Rush ordering to have your order by a specific date is also available for an additional fee.

can my shoes be washed?

I use high quality paints and finishers that allow your shoes to be spot cleaned. A damp cloth can be used to wipe away any soiling. If necessary, a mild dish detergent can also be used. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or cloths. Machine wash is also not recommended. Treat your items kindly but ENJOY them often!

can you do themes other than sports teams?

Yes! I enjoy working on sport themes such as baseball, football, college, soccer, basketball, and many more, but I can also do other things such as creating custom shoes for specific companies & stores, Disney & other cartoon themed shoes, and personalized designs.

do you offer Expedited/overnight shipping options?

I currently ship all my orders using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground . However, if you do happen to need a faster delivery method, I do offer Expedited /Overnight Shipping upon request, but all shipping charges and extra fees are the responsibility of the client to pay for. If you need the overnight shipping option just contact me or send me an email and we can talk it over!

You can send me an email via the "Contact" page or DM on any of my social media pages! Please include in your message or email a detailed description of what you were looking to have made, on what kind of shoe, and include reference photos if you have any. This helps me get an idea of what you’re going for.  If you’re unsure of what you’d like, that’s okay too! We can work together and come up with something amazing for you.
