SHIPPING DETAILS

Please allow anywhere from 5 - 9 weeks not including holidays, for creation time/shipping of your order. Creation time can change ONLY if there is a sudden increase in product demand volume and in this case I will definitely send you an email informing you of the extended time and estimated arrival of your order.

Please be patient; each pair of shoes is individually hand-painted and made-to-order. Quality and customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

As soon as shoes are shipped I will send your tracking information. Free shipping is available only within the U.S.

To ship to Mexico, all shipping costs and fees must be covered by the customer.

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and Fedex Ground . However, if you do happen to need a faster delivery method, I do offer Expedited /Overnight Shipping upon request, but all shipping charges and extra fees are the responsibility of the client to pay for. If you need the overnight shipping option just contact me or send me an email and we can talk it over!

LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

I am not responsible for any lost or stolen items once they have shipped.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS or RETURNS on custom handmade sneakers once the work has begun on the shoes.

All base shoes are made to order /customized specifically for you and cannot be returned to our suppliers once the process has begun.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Order cancellations can be made upon request no later than 2 weeks after order has been placed/processed.

After the 2nd week has passed your order is already being processed and refunds are no longer available.
